He is an expert in the Microsoft .NET stack and is recognized by Microsoft as a Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional) for his contributions and thought leadership in the software community. Rob’s diverse experience and impressive track record in designing, developing and delivering enterprise grade software on-time and on-budget will be invaluable to Reliq as we continue to grow our business.” Rob leads the open source NUnit development team and has contributed to many open source projects. NUnit is the most popular unit testing framework for .NET with over 34 million downloads on NuGet alone. Rob is passionate about agile engineering and methodologies.
The Company also announced that Dr. Bassma Ghali has moved into the Chief Innovation Officer role. In this position Reliq will be able to leverage Dr. Ghali’s expertise and experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to develop novel algorithms and predictive analytics for the iUGO platform. “We are very excited to have Dr. Ghali drive Reliq’s next generation technology innovations, creating novel intellectual property and introducing new capabilities into our platform focused on prevention and not just detection. Her efforts will allow Reliq to bring powerful new functionality to our platform to further differentiate ourselves in the market.” Dr. Ghali is a serial entrepreneur with expertise in wearable medical device technology, software development, telemonitoring, machine learning (AI), data collection and analysis. She holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Toronto, where she conducted her research in the PRISM (Paediatric Rehabilitation Intelligent Systems Multidisciplinary) Lab at the Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, the largest paediatric rehabilitation hospital in Canada.
